A state of the art, purpose fully built, common
facility center has been established in the hub of furniture
making area of Chiniot at a cost of Rs: 12.144 M
Objectives
To provide common facility services to the crafts
men to save their time, enhance productivity & to
improve their crafts skills to meet the challenges of
global furniture market.

•Wood seasoning plant, (consisting of two
kilns) having a capacity of 1200 CFT of wood per month.

|
•State of the art service center built on
the cross road of SIE Sargodha & Mianwali road
at an estimated cost Rs: 23.809 M, funded by Govt.
of Punjab through ADP.
Objectives
•Electrical fittings, accessories are
Bakelite & Plastic products are necessary
components of home, office, commercial & Industrial
enterprise. Sargodha, Karachi & Lahore are
the main clusters. 70 % of these fittings are
produced in Sargodha. There are 15 large units,
200 SME’s & over 1000 cottage units
of electrical fittings. This center will disseminate
latest processing techniques to private sector
in product designing & die making.

Objectives
The main objectives of the proposed Industrial Support
Center for Metal industries are as under.
- To provide design development facilities.
- To provide physical testing facilities of raw materials
and finished goods in accordance with the laid down
specifications.
- Introduction of better production technology to produce
goods of desired quality / specifications at higher
productivity and at an economical cost.
